What you'll actually do
Call a list on a dialer during the client's hours, open each call in a few seconds, ask a handful of questions and pass interested people on with clear notes. You'll hear "no" often; the job is to stay polite, move on and keep your notes clean.
What our interview checks
The voice interview for cold calling asks you to open a call, answer a quick "not interested" and ask the right questions without guessing a price. It looks at how clear you are on the phone and how you handle objections.
Why are most cold calling jobs at night?
The people being called are usually in the US, so the shifts follow US business hours, which are evenings and nights in Cairo.
Do I need real estate experience?
Some jobs ask for months of real estate cold calling; others accept any calling experience or train you. Each job lists its requirement.
How are cold callers paid?
Usually a monthly basic plus bonuses for leads or deals. Each job shows its own terms.
