If you apply for a job

What we collect

• From the application form: your name, phone and WhatsApp numbers, email, Telegram (if you give it), year of birth, city, experience, whether you want full- or part-time work, when you can start, and the recruiter who sent you the link, if any.
• From the voice interview: your answers (recordings of what you say, and anything you type), written transcripts, and the scores and notes produced from them.
• If you're hired: your national ID number, for the paperwork with the company. We don't ask for it before then.
• What happens next: interview dates, the company's decision, your start date.

Why we use it

• To check whether you fit the job you applied for, including the company's own requirements.
• To put you forward to that company, arrange your job interview and follow up after you start.
• If the job you applied for doesn't work out: to show you other open jobs on your private page, and to email you about them only if you ticked that box when you applied. You choose which, if any, to be considered for; we never put you forward for another company's job on our own.
• To contact you about your applications by WhatsApp, phone or email.
• To stop fake or duplicate applications.

We rely on the consent you give when you apply. An AI system scores the interview and suggests a decision; our staff review the cases it isn't sure about, and you can ask a person to look at any decision.

Who sees it

• Our staff.
• The company whose job you applied for, or chose later: your name, city, experience, interview answers and recordings, and scores, and your contact details once they interview you. Never your national ID unless you're hired by them.
• The recruiter who sent you the link: your name, the job, where your application stands, and your WhatsApp number, so they can help you. Never your ID, your answers or your scores.
• The services that run the site for us: hosting and database (Lovable Cloud, Supabase and Cloudflare) and the AI models that transcribe and score the interview (Google's Gemini models, through Lovable's AI gateway). Their servers may be outside Egypt.

We never sell your data, and you never pay anything to apply or to be hired.

How long we keep it

We keep your application and interview while we use them to match you with jobs. If you ask us to delete them, we do, unless you're working at a company we placed you with and we need the record for that placement.

If you recruit with us or use the client portal

We keep your name, phone, email, city and, for recruiters, payout details and the candidates you referred, to run the portal and pay commissions. We use them for nothing else.

Your rights

You can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing doesn't affect what we did before. Message us on WhatsApp from the number you applied with, or tell your recruiter. You can also complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center.

Cookies

We use only what the site needs to work: sign-in for staff, recruiters and clients, and remembering the recruiter link you came from. No advertising or analytics tags.
