Candidates

• Applying and being hired through Talent Finders is free. Nobody may ask you for money for a job from us.
• Answer the interview yourself and honestly. Applications with someone else's voice or copied answers are removed.
• Applying doesn't guarantee a job interview or a job: the company decides who it hires.

Recruiters

• Share only your own links, and never charge a candidate anything.
• A candidate is credited to you when they apply through your personal link.
• Your commission for a hire is the amount shown for that company in your portal when the hire is made. It's due one month after the start date, if the person is still working there.
• Fake or duplicate applications end your account and any unpaid commission.

Client companies

Fees, payment dates and the guarantee are agreed with each company and shown in its portal.
