What to know before you start
You'll call US homeowners during US hours, so most shifts are evenings and nights in Cairo. Clear English, calm objection handling and honest answers matter: callers never guess an offer or pretend to be an agent.
Do I need real estate knowledge?
Not for most calling roles: the questions are simple and you'll learn the words. Closing roles ask for real experience, including running comps.
What does "comps" mean?
Comparable sales: recent prices of similar homes nearby, used to work out a fair offer. Closers run them; callers don't need to.
Is the pay in dollars?
Some real estate jobs pay in USD and some in EGP. Each job page shows the exact pay.
