About the job
We’re hiring experienced Real Estate Acquisition Specialists to join Dialing for Daughters.
The offer
- Hourly Rate: 5–6/hour (Based on Experience)
- First 30 Days Commission: 1.5%–2% on assignment fees
- After 30 Days Commission: 3%–5% on assignment fees
- Available Positions: 2–3 Openings
What you'll do
- Communicate with motivated property sellers
- Evaluate real estate acquisition opportunities
- Negotiate purchase prices and contract terms
- Manage follow-ups and acquisition pipelines
- Close profitable real estate deals
What D for D looks for
- Previous US Real Estate Acquisitions or Wholesaling experience is a MUST
- Fluent English & excellent communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Knowledge of real estate contracts and seller negotiations
- CRM management and organizational skills
- 12+ months of experience in real estate cold calling
- Spoken English: C1 or better
- Age 18-50
- Lives in wfh
