Chat support jobs you can do from home
Chat jobs are call center work in writing: you answer customers or follow up with leads by chat or messaging instead of the phone. They suit people who write clear, friendly English quickly and like handling a few conversations at once.

What chat work needs
Fast, correct typing, short clear replies and the patience to read what the customer actually asked. Many chat roles also qualify leads, so asking the right question at the right time matters as much as answering.
Chat or phone?
Chat is quieter and gives you a moment to think, but you'll often run several conversations at once. If you're more comfortable writing than speaking, start here; the interview still checks your English.
Is there an interview for chat jobs too?
Yes, the same short interview. For chat jobs some answers can be written instead of spoken. The job page says how long it takes.
How are chat jobs paid?
Each company sets its pay, shown on the job. Some chat roles add a bonus per lead.
Can I do chat support part time?
Some chat jobs are part time, for example weekend shifts. The part-time and weekend pages list them too.
